- Answer No. The larges quantity of coffee brewed is 10oz. I suppose you could press the button multiple times and put multiple K-cups in.

- Answer Sounds like a warranty issue. Contact Best Buy support team. Or try pressing the small cup and add that to your small filled cup.

QuestionI understand that Kuerig K-Cup Pod Coffee Makers have an internal water reservoir. I've seen YouTube videos showing mold buildup inside these reservoirs that even cleaning or descaling does not remove. Do newer models fix this?

- Answer I clean it with a third of a cup of white vinegar and run the reservoir through from full to empty 3 times.
