- Answer Turn on the power button, fill the water tank and wait for the image of the three cups in blue, lift the lid, add the pod and close the lid, the 3 cups blinks, select the size you want and press it. you get hot coffee immediately.

- Answer Steven, K-50 for this model. Makes Great Coffee, easy to use. We own 2, carry the spare with us when we do our beach vacation. Purchase the 2 year warranty, BB will replace with a fresh unit in store for a defective unit with no issues. Thanks!

QuestionWhenever I try using a disposable k cup pod in my machine it won't brew. It'll start to, but turn off after 10 seconds. The reusable pod works without issue though. How do I use the disposable ones?

- Answer It could use a cleaning. You can actually separate the part that takes the K cup. Extract it and check if it’s clogged. Happened to me and realized that the k cup well can be removed and cleaned.

- Answer There must be grounds around the needle! Watch Youtube Video on how to carefully clean your Keurig Machine! Be careful, the needle that punctures the KCups will bite! Always unplug your machine when cleaning the area that the Kcups go!
