QuestionHow do u start to make hot coffee

- Answer The buttons are on the right side. Top button is iced setting. If you want hot coffee just skip the iced button. Pick your size in ounces from 8 to 12 and it will start hot coffee. For iced coffee fill the glass with ice, press the iced button then select your size. The Keurig will adjust temperatures and water accordingly. If you select 12 oz without the iced option you get 12 oz. If you get 12 oz iced coffee you will get brewed at a lower temp and you will get about 6 oz of coffee over the ice.

QuestionDescale light came on and went through the descale process yesterday. Tried to make coffee today and it acts like it is trying to pull water in but nothing happens, it shuts off with no coffee. I have unplugged several times for more than 30 minutes.

- Answer I had something simular happen, I called customer service, and they replaced the coffee maker. Seems as the pump or motor went bad.

- Answer The base where the excess coffee drops after you remove the cup is removable. i sometimes have to use a regular cup and those fit well.

- Answer To speed up the process of turning off the descale light and save money only use about 1-1/2 cups of water in both the descale mode and rinse mode. Do not fill up the water reservoir just run the 1-1/2 cups of water until the Add Water light comes on.
