• NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BUT TO HELP ONLY INSTALL WHAT YOUR ACTUALLY GOIN TO DRINK AT THAT TIME

• We recommend cleaning the water reservoir weekly with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Hope this helps!
