QuestionI would like a keurig coffee maker that will brew a 12 oz cup with the regular kcup pods. They used to make models with this option. Is there still a brewer on the market that will do this?

- Answer You can program the default to brew 12 oz. cups with the K-Cup pods. That is what I did.

Questionwhy won't off brands work in my 525 Plus its brand new and only Keurik K cups will work why? and what can I do to have other K cup work. if nothing back to the store and no more Keurik,s for me

QuestionA message came up to change the filter, so I bought 2. Now I can't find where it goes. All I can find out here is that it doesn't even need one. Did I just waste my money?

QuestionCan someone please tell me what the difference is between the K500, K525 & K575? Also, I've read that they come with accessories, but I cannot determine which model comes with what. Can someone also provide this information? Thanks.

- Answer Google doesn't have anything about a K500 - is that the right model? Best Buy doesn't carry the K575 but the specs are very similar. The K525 didn't come with accessories - just the coffee maker.

QuestionIs a K-Carafe reusable Pod available? I have ordered and received one that my Kureg 525 will not recognize. Have not been able to find one on Keurigs website. Any suggestions?

- Answer The My kcup 2.0 for the 500 plus series works for the cup, mug and carafe. There is a little, "trigger", that you pull down in the Keurig where the kcup goes. Once you slid it down you put the kcup in and when you take it out it clicks back into place.

- Answer I get that sometimes even with Starbucks moods or my reusable pod. Open and close the lid and it usually works.

- Answer I believe one holds 60 oz. of water and one holds 80 oz. also, I believe the 575 has a few more options for the mug size you may choose to fill.

- Answer Bigger number means more bells and whistles... LCD screen, timers, etc... If all you want is a good brewer, pretty much any Keurig will do
