- Answer Are you making the requested drinks, seems pretty obvious why it goes through water. If you fill it up all the way, it should last more than a day, otherwise you are drinking too much.

QuestionI’ve had this Machine for almost a month and the water smells when I brew it. I cleaned it numerous times and the water still smells like chemicals. I even tried bottled water. Did anyone else have this problem?

- Answer I have not. You may want to run some vinegar through it, then a bunch of water. That may take care of the problem.

QuestionIs the K545 the same model brewer as the k525 or k575, or is this an earlier model? I haven't found anything conclusive to clarify the differences if any.

- Answer They are not the same. The 575 is a bundle from online shopping stores such as QVC or HSN. The 525 had more brew options as well. You can only brew 10 ounces with the 575 and the 525 will brew 12 ounces from K-cups. The 525 will also brew K-mugs up to 18 ounces which the 575 can't do.

QuestionHow do you set it to the lager cups or carafe,I see it in the menu but once u put in a pod it just goes black to your normal size choices,4-8-10-12 no 16 0z or carafe ,what am I doing wrong

- Answer You need to buy the carafe size pods. Your machine will then read them and adjust. They are quite a bit bigger than the regular k-cups.

- Answer I use Starbucks, Donut Shop, and H.E.B Texas flavored coffee plus Taxo teas and hot chocolates without difficulties.

You can brew your favorite ground coffee your way with the Keurig 2.0 My K-Cup reusable coffee filter, the only reusable coffee filter approved for Keurig 2.0/Plus brewers.
