The 115V rating of this model indicates that it can be plugged into the standard home wall outlet. The exhaust hose is designed to fit into the included window slider kit specifically. While the length of this kit is adjustable between 67.5-120cm to work with many window sizes, it would not be large enough for a sliding door. The indoor noise level of this model is rated at 49 decibels on low, 51 on medium, & 52 on high.
