So would a 8 ohm, 12000 watt amp work for this speaker ?? null

Usually car speakers and subwoofers are 4 ohm and less. This being a 2 ohm you would need to wire 4 of these subwoofers in series to get 8 ohms.

That would be a waste. Would need 2 to 4 of these for that much of an amp
