A:AnswerI am very happy with this unit. It comes with a sheet that gives all the prompts for reheating ect., and I placed that on the inside of the adjacent cupboard for easy access. After a week or two you will remember what keys to hit without looking. Cooks great.
A:AnswerThere are two filters on the bottom of the unit and they slide side to side to remove. I usually wash them in dishwasher or soak in Dawn and rinse. Install by inserting and pushing to one side then move back to center and it will fall into place
