Q: QuestionI notice when I open or close the freezer door it has a slight move down/up from the right side?? My previous refrigerator was basically the same model and the freezer door pulled straight out and didn't drop down and turn (slightly)...... Should I worry

• A:Answer Not really. Greasy hands will show on this refrigerator. Cleaning it is tricky. You will leave streaks if you don’t clean it with stainless steel appliance cleaner and then wipe dry with dry soft cloth immediately. Good luck!

Q: QuestionThe water and ice coming from the refrigerator have a plastic taste to them. Anyone else experience this? I was told to empty the ice tray and dump the water a couple of times but this hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

• A:Answer I haven't noticed a plastic taste but I don't use the ice much. I don't like ice water. I mainly use it in the summer to make iced caramel macchiatos so the taste probably wouldn't be apparent. I melted ice overnight and drank some this morning but I still didn't notice any obvious taste or smell. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I definitely don't like this KitchenAid as well as my old one.

Q: QuestionDoes this fridge have single or dual evaporator? My Kenmore/LG fridge (junk!) sprung leak in cabinet-irreparable (7th repair/problem). Repairman said get single evaporator no bells and whistles fridge as they are all junk. I don't want water/ice.

Q: QuestionThe width of the refrigerator space in my kitchen is 36 3/4 inches (which works) but at the floor baseboard it is 35 3/4 inches (exactly the width of the refrigerator). Do the 1/2 inch baseboards need to be removed for the refrigerator to be inserted?

• A:Answer Hello Dj, the Refrigerator does require 1/2" on both sides for proper ventilation. If the opening you have is 36 3/4" this should work without having to remove the baseboard. We hope this helps.
