QuestionWhat detergents and other products do you recommend using in this machine? In my old machine I only used Cascade Advanced Power Liquid. But wondering if something else would be better.

QuestionCan anyone please explain to me why the inside walls of the dishwasher and the bottom are always wet? I use ''Heat Dry'' and ''Extended heat Dry'' along with the detergents that are recommended: the Cascade Power Dry and Cascade Platinum. Thank you.

- Answer Angel, it is normal for some moisture to be inside the Dishwasher. We would recommend that you increase your rinse aid setting to dispense more rinse aid, as that will help the drying of the dishes. It can take up to 30 washes for the rinse aid to distribute inside of the Dishwasher and for you to notice a difference in the water left on the door and the walls. We hope this helps!

QuestionWhat is the actual product depth is it 21 1/2 or 24 1/2? Both measurements are listed on the specs so it is quite confusing

QuestionThe depth I have is 34" ... this one shows 36. Is that including the handle? Just want to make sure the base doesn't stick out. Don't care if the handle does.

QuestionHow should wine glasses be loaded into this model? What aftermarket wine / stemware holder options work best? Do any of KitchenAid’s OEM wine / stemware holders work in this model?

- Answer Hello! Model KDFE204KPS does not have any specific area for wine glasses. You would place them on the top rack along to side where the cups would go. There is no stem holders that can be placed on this model. We greatly apologize.
