QuestionHow well does it dry?

- Answer Mine does not dry well. Plates and glasses dry well, but cups and utensils don't completely dry. I have added Jet Dry, but I still have to put it through a second drying cycle if I want everything completely dry. But, and this is a big but, it is the quietest dishwasher I've ever (not) heard. For me, quiet was more important than dry.

QuestionI purchased the dishwasher in Oct 2019. I just noticed areas of rust along the bottom edge of the exterior door. I’ve never encountered this problem with a new appliance. What has caused this and what are my options?

QuestionThe dishwasher seems to have heat to dry but doesn’t ever dry the interior of the machine - it’s constantly wet ? Seems like it will be a cause for mold down the line ? Is there a way to det the interior of the machine too ?

- Answer I'm going to answer with an estimate of 2-3 hours. We rarely run the dishwasher during the day, but begin the washing when we go to bed. We have not found the unit not to clean no matter which cycle is used. When it runs, you don't even know that it is running. Plus, we believe that this units water efficiency is much better as our water usage went down last month. Not sure how much of a relationship exists, but I firmly believe that this dishwasher is much more efficient than our old dishwasher.

QuestionI can seem to get all the water out of the pan. I run the dishwasher and there is still in inch of water in he pan. Can I reset the washer to factory settings?

- Answer Wheat, it is normal to have a small amount of water in the Dishwasher. Be sure the cycle has completed (the Clean indicator is on). If it has not, you will need to resume the cycle by pressing Start/Resume and closing the door within 4 seconds. If dishwasher is connected to a food waste disposer, be sure the knockout plug has been removed from the disposer inlet. Check for kinks in the drain hose. Check for food obstructions in the drain or disposer. Check your house fuse or circuit breaker. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you.
