“I have bought Kitchen Aid, model # KDTE204GPS0 and installed last week by Best Buy technicians. The problem is - the water stays on dishes and sides of the dish washer. Dishes does not dry completely. Any suggestion or tips ?”

Get a new one. That happened in mine and soap pod didn't even melt. Have them replace it if it's new.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Two things you can do. Add Jet Dry, and run the load through a second drying cycle. It's not ideal or economical, but it's the only alternative to hand drying your dishes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too have this problem. I even make sure the extended drying is turned on, but everything still does not dry. Wish I had seen this before I bought it, would’ve went with a different dish washer. If I find something or figure out a solution other than drying everything by hand I will repost.
