The "vent" that directs the heat out of your oven(s) is at the bottom of the lower oven which keeps heat from building up inside your cabinetry The "vent" has a flange that causes the flow of warm air downward. Depending on how far from the floor this vent is would affect how warm the floor would get. The only concern I would have is whether or not the surface of your floor has a top layer with a coating that could blister or warp over time if it got too hot. You might want to ask your oven installer if the ovens are too close to your flooring.
