• A:Answer Hello RC, the KVUB400GSS Installation Instructions note: If it is not possible to vent cooking fumes and vapors to the outside, the range hood can be used in the non-vented (recirculating) version, using a charcoal filter. Charcoal Filter Kit is available from the dealer or an authorized parts distributor. See the “Assistance or Service” section to order.

Q: QuestionI have the 30” slide-out vent hood and I love it. The vent no longer works, can I replace just that part or do I need to replace the whole product?

Q: QuestionCan I install this hood flush or close in to ceiling rather than under cabinet mount? Also, does it have a light? Finally, anyone know if it has a remote?

• A:Answer Joyroy, the Range Hood is not designed to be installed fjush or enclosed with the ceiling. We can only suggest to install the Range Hood as mentioned in the Installation Guide: https://bit.ly/2weGSYY. In addition, the Range Hood does have a Task and Night Light, but does not have a remote.
