ALL YOU DO IS ROTATE THE HANDLE IN THE BACKTO RAISE THE BOWL. YOU TURN TIL IT STOPS !/2 ROTATION I STOP THE MIXER & LOWER THE BOWL TO SCRAPE THE SIDES OR ADD INGREDIENTS

There is a handle on the neck of the mixer that you can turn to lift the bowl up and down. Seeing as the head of the mixer itself doesn’t lift on this model it makes scraping the sides a little harder. If you use a flat rubber spatula though makes it easier. I found if I want to get to the bottom though I have to unhook the mixing attachment.

Hi Martee, The bowl lift handle rotates until it locks into place at the highest point. The flex edge beater for this model is part number KDF7B.
