QuestionI'm looking for a hand mixer with a true low speed. The one I have now has 6 speeds, but the lowest one throws flour all over me and the walls.

- Answer I have a KitchenAid hand mixer that does not throw flour when I use it on a low speed. I have even used it on a medium setting and it did not throw flour everywhere. You will love it if you buy one. The beaters are thin and that makes a difference
