“I have an LG TV. Can I use it's remote to control the sound bar?”

On my Samsung I have to use the kliptch soundbar remote for the sound. I can use the Comcast remote for turning the TV on off and to change channels but I have to use the soundbbar remote to control sound. I’ve never owned anything LG so cant speak for them.
