“My father gifted me his audio setup that he bought while we lived in Madrid Spain in the 70s. The receiver is a Kenwood KR 10000ii, would you recommend this setup? I have a Reel to Reel, Turntable and 8 track setup all purchased at the same time.”

• From what I could find on that model of receiver, it supplies "60 watts per channel into 8Ω (stereo)". The R-800F has a power handling of 150 Watts at 8 Ohms and should be connected to a receiver/amplifier that supplies close to this. The Kenwood KR 10000ii would be better suited for the R-600F. You will get cleaner audio and less chance for distortion.
