Yes, they would work w any receiver pretty much.

You will never be able to get the most out of the speakers you are paying for because the receiver won’t be able to handle the wattage; and there’s always the possibly to damage your speakers by adding to much pressure with a receiver that cannot power what you are hoping to achieve. Knowing I also was going to power a sub and potentionally down the line some other surround speakers I invested in a 300w to insure that the receiver could handle everything.

The R-800F II has a power handling of 150 Watts at 8 Ohms. Klipsch recommends utilizing a receiver/amplifier that supplies close to this value to ensure quality audio reproduction and longevity of the speaker's internal parts.
