- Answer Don't run anything from the sub. Speakers should be run from your amp.

- Answer The included ground is for use with older subwoofers typically .. with the shielded cable you shouldn't need to use the ground .. my cables are not grounded... . Running two of these subs from a denon x3700h..

- Answer The line out should work fine - just be sure to set the crossover on the sub to about 90. (You can experiment with this number for optimum results).

QuestionThis has a front firing speaker. How well would it perform to turn it down (with appropriate spacing to the floor), to make it downward firing?

- Answer Probably not well. It has a screen on the front covering the speaker, which I guess you could take off. But then all your connections would be coming out of the top, which would be rather unsightly. If I were you, I would get a sub that’s designed to fire downward.

QuestionI recently purchased this subwoofer. It makes a buzzing noise when it is on. The buzzing noise is not loud and can be heard when TV volume is at low levels. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? It is very annoying. Thanks.

- Answer Yes, you will just need to connect the subwoofer to the "Pre-Out subwoofer" port on the back of the receiver using a standard, single-ended RCA cable.

- Answer It doesn’t have to be an AV receiver, but it needs an audio signal from something. It only has a right and left coax input. The sub is powered on its own by a 100-240V AC input.
