“I have a pair of R-600F and R-800F, seems the 800s would be the logical pick for front channel. Am i correct to assume that? Well my 600s will be here in a few days,but I have read some articles that say the 600 is a better speaker than the 800? True?”

You are on the right track! The R-800F speakers would be a better choice for your FRONT left and right channel on the receiver. The R-600F will have a tighter frequency response and bass response due to the smaller mid-woofer drivers. It is also a bit easier to power the R-600F since it will require less power from your receiver/amplifier.
