QuestionCan these be used as a stereo pair without the center speaker? I don't need surround sound but like the idea of wireless.

- Answer Yes, but you will need to purchase a $229 AXIIM LINK HD WIRELESS TRANSMITTER (sold separately) in order to get these up and running. As mentioned before, this transmitter needs to be connected to the following WiSA ready or enabled products: LG TV OLED or NanoCell 2019 or newer, Xbox One, Windows 10, or Mac OSX. Unless you plan on eventually upgrading these speakers to 3.1 or 5.1, then you don't need to pay for the (expensive) WISA technology you aren't really going to use. Save that money and, instead, buy you a pair of powered or wireless speakers. Klipsch has R-41PM and R-51PM powered speakers, but there are other reputable brands as well (Vanatoo, Kanto, AudioEngine, Edifier, etc.).

Questionwill these connect wirelessly to my Samsung Q70 series tv and if so is it by bluetooth? And also do these sound as good as the wired r-51m's?

- Answer They connect using a technology called WiSa. Much more reliable then Bluetooth and internet. You will need to purchase a transmitter. Given that you have a Samsung TV I believe the klipsch transmitter only works with LG TVs. I recommend purchasing the soundsend transmitter instead which allows you to connect to all products and it has some great features with the app on your phone, just as long as you have a arc/earc hdmi connection on your television

QuestionDo you have to purchase the Wisa component for these to work? If so, the wisa thing is only compatible with an LG tv? I’m thinking to myself that can’t be right. Why would Klipsch narrow themselves. Pls lemme know?

- Answer Yes, you need WISA to play them. And that's the rub. Make sure you read reviews for both the Axiim link itself and the link app. Most reviewers have either not been able to get the device to connect to their speakers, or experienced terrible sound when they did. Why Klipsch would allow a terrible third party like Axiim to interfere with their sound is beyond me, but steer clear of WISA speakers for now.

- Answer No, the technology right now I believe is geared for you to go all in with all wireless speakers and a transmitter without the use of a receiver. Mixing your wired speakers and receiver with these speakers will not work

- Answer My Klipsch subwoofer is also wireless so you only need a 120 volt power source to power the speaker and the Axiim link to pair it to the TV. No jack needed.

QuestionCan these be used to play music on my iphone? If so, how?

- Answer I can play music from my iPhone through the speakers using a menu provided by the OLED TV. The pairing from the phone to the TV is via Bluetooth and the TV then connects to the speakers using the Axiim link and the separate wireless technology. Not sure if the speakers can be paired directly to the iPhone without the TV. But I’m sure the Axiim rep can answer that question.
