Not really. the copies are made at about 3 frames/second, while normal play time on a projector is maybe 20 - 30 frames/second. If your film is old (from the 50s to 70s) be prepared to do splices to repair breaks (don time). For old film, you don't want to copy much more than once, as the film has deteriorated.
