QuestionReturn PolicyWhat it the return policy. My ports aren't working and sometime my thunder port goes in and out and I'm trying to back it up. In the case it doesn't work will I be able to return it?

- Answer The return/exchange period is 15 days from the original day of purchase. If you have Elite or Elite Plus status, then you would have an extended return/exchange period. It would be 30 days for Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members.
