- Answer Yes, this is completely compatible with Big Sur. It comes formatted as APFS so it is instantly recognized as a MAC OS drive. The casing around the drive makes it more durable. It has a USB-c connection and comes with an adapter to use USB.

Our Toolkit Seagate Secure can be used on following LaCie drives: LaCie Rugged RAID Shuttle, LaCie Rugged Secure and LaCie Rugged SSD, as well as on the Seagate Backup Plus Ultra Touch. - Answer This depends on how many gigs each recording is. Check your file size. 2TB is a lot of space for audio files so It could probably store a TON!
