Q: QuestionThis same exact fan is available for $55 on your website but it has a wood like finish to it. Why is this one more expensive?

• A:Answer Because it is a hybrid fan which sucks in air from the floor (the intake is on the bottom left and right sides) and blows it out from the higher forward facing part. You get cooler air instead of just blowing out the air in front of it.
