• Yes this will hold to the wall tightly. Once you have in place tighten the screws completely and good to go.

• After installing the grommet in the wall, tighten the 3 screws until snug. Wall clamps are included with the product. As the screws are being tightened the wall clamps will clamp down to properly secure each wall grommet to the wall.
