“How can your battery, which is 3X the physical size of its OEM counterpart, deliver the same performance amount of use? I now own 2 of these Lenmar LIZ302C. Having convinced myself that I must have done something wrong in the initial start-up conditioning of the first battery, I purchased another thru Best Buy (12/2011) with the same results. I get 62 minutes on both. Now I know why Best Buy has them discounted to almost nothing as they have had so many complaints they are just dumping their remaining inventory.”

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. Replacement battery model #LIZ302C is an extended battery (2100 mAh), which may stick out from your device a bit due to the higher mAh rating. This replacement battery has a two year warranty applied to it. If you are experiencing problems with your Lenmar product, you may return it and exchange it under warranty. The best way to compare a new battery is to compare it to your old battery by the mAh or Wh, which indicate how powerful the capacity of a battery is.
