Model #LIZ302C has a two year warranty applied to it. If you are experiencing problems with your Lenmar product, you may go to Lenmar’s website under the “service and support “ tab fill out the warranty and returns form and we will be happy to replace your unit if it is malfunctioning. I also suggest you take this battery back to BestBuy to be tested. If the battery is indeed defective go ahead a put the warranty in.
