“I was REFUSED this laptop, by YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT, when it was "on sale"; for $99.00!!! Get it together!!! Why was I REFUSED????? I would like to know IMMEDIATELY”

I'm not sure your circumstances on the situation but I can speak from my experience. This was a specific doorbuster deal for Black Friday. I came in on thursday night with my family and saw that they had a bunch of these in stock. It was hectic to say the least.. different sales associates had to help us with all our questions. One said that we could buy them thursday night on midnight, another said it wasn't going to be on sale until 5am when Best Buy opened on Friday, another said that the store opened at 8am on Friday, they got the manager of the department and he clarified everything: "the laptops are our doorbuster deals for tomorrow. they're open at 8am tomorrow morning. we'll put you on a list and then tomorrow you can pick them up ok?" so all 10 of us wrote our names on a list and guess what? the next morning we stood in line an hour before it opened and they didnt even have a list everyone just grabbed what they could.
