• This laptop should never get "hot". It will become "warm" under normal operating circumstances. The fan within the device will automatically turn on and cool the system, keeping the device within normal operating temperatures. The normal operating temperature for this system at maximum workloads would be approximately 150-degrees Fahrenheit. If you feel the system is getting too hot, you should bring the device into your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad examine the system ASAP.
