“How do I get the backlit keyboard to stay on when in a dark room? The keyboard lights are only ever on right after I open the laptop after it has sat closed for a while. The light shut off in a second and I don't know if there is a button to press to get the light on or if my laptop came broken.”

• Press the Fn key (bottom row, second from left) and the left side of the space key (you see the little light icon?). Both keys are labeled in red on my laptop.

• In the settings screen inside the control panel you can adjust the time for the keyboard to stay lit.
