A:Answer They might run but they would certainly NOT run efficiently, especially if you're working with RAW images. I would look for a machine with a MINIMUM of 12 GB Ram (More is better) and at least a 1 TB hard drive; 2-4 TB would be better if you're processing and saving really large files that today's higher megapixel cameras generate. I would look for at least an Intel i5 processor and, more importantly, I would NOT get a laptop that has an integrated video card. You want a standalone video card with a minimum of 2 GB memory. Just my humble opinion, of course - your mileage may vary.
