“Couple of things. I see that unless a certified tech replaces the ram your warranty is voided. Is the Geek Squad considered a certified tech? I want to swap out the hard drive with an SSD. Is this possible?”

Unless you are knowledgeable of how to do it don’t do it yourself as sad hard drives not all require a cage so the sit properly in the laptop. Also if you change the Hdd make sure you create operating system recovery disks or flash drive as a lot of laptops do not have disk drives anymore
