We recommend you check with the software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

QuestionIs this able to run Premiere pro CC 2017?

- Answer The Ideapad 320 can run any Windows based software. For Adobe software, it will work, but the video card only being 512mb will let you down. I highly recommend a better laptop. Look for a laptop with at least 2gig of video card memory. Also go with something with an i-7 processor. I still prefer an Apple iMac or Mac Pros for video editing. If I had to go with a Windows based laptop for video editing, go with a newer Surface Pro. You will be in the $700+ range. I still love my Surface Pro... that Surface pen does make a difference for editing.

QuestionHow does the processor handle games? I'm not looking to play the special edition of skyrim with all the top of the line mods, but maybe like dark souls 2 with on low settings? Not sure how these amd processors stack up with intel.

QuestionI'm thinking about buying this computer but: Is the RAM manually upgradeable? If not, how? If i downloaded drivers for a drawing tablet, would they work or does this model have no capability whatsoever? Is gaming decent on this laptop? Thanks!

- Answer Yes, you can upgrade the RAM. It has 4GB onboard and 4GB in a slot that you can upgrade. You can upgrade it to 20GB max by replacing the 4GB stick with a 16GB stick. This computer does not have a touchscreen, so I do not think it would work for drawing. If you have something like an external Wacom tablet, that should work with this system. This computer does serve well for some light to mid level gaming. Many of the newer games are out of reach for this system, but it does handle many older games quite well. Check my review of the system and you should see some of the games that I tested with the system.

- Answer It runs windows 10, and seems to run everything my daughter needs for school. You may need plug-ins for some applications but should be no problem.

- Answer I have been using an HP officejet 6600 with this PC and seems to work with no problems. The HP program for print and scan is much improved from past versions.

QuestionBought this laptop for twitch streaming, question about connecting a microphone. I bought a zalman zm-mic1, simple mic for recording audio on twitch. When I plug it into the headphone jack nothing happens and it doesn't register it as a recording device.

- Answer This device is meant to be plugged into a mic input jack. The headphone jack on the laptop is sound output only. Unfortunately, this mic would work great on a PC as it has a mic in jack on the back of the tower however, this laptop does not have a mic in. For audio on a laptop, you are best served to stick with a USB powered mic of some kind.

- Answer The Ideapad 320 is not designed for gaming, but can play any game you want. The issue you will have is extremely low frame rates, causing the experience too be so bad you will not want to play on it. For drawing? It's a non-touch screen so you will have to purchase a wacom intuos tablet... which will be a let down. This is a solid computer, but recommend using for: music, browsing web, and school projects like powerpoint and word.

- Answer 2.5 inch SATA III. I replaced mine with a SanDisk 240GB SSD and it absolutely flys. There is a very good video or two on YouTube showing how to swap out the hard drive. Good luck!
