• You can install steam on it but it will not pay the games very well. Your Games will lag and not respond well. I bought this for my son to play steam and minecraft but he did not like the performance. If you get a laptop with at least an Intel Core i3 dual core processor and 4GB of RAM you should be good for the most part. If you can find one with an AMD FX processor or Intel Core i5 or above, you'll be great!

• Yeah I have been able to install steam and run a few low mid-low end games. League of legends has no issue at all also

• Absolutely will run the program, but i hope you are not going to try to run the operating system on it. I have run many games through steam already.

• Yes, you will need to install the windows 8 version of steam. Which the site might automatically recognize the operating system you have. Any modern computer with windows or mac OS will be able to download Steam.
