“Is the keyboard backlit? I know the picture shows that the keyboard is backlit, but is this exact model from best buy backlit? Also, under specs, why does it say it has an optical drive when the Lenovo Y50 has no optical drive?”

• The keyboard has a very nice red back light. Also, the laptop does NOT have a built in CD drive, however, it comes with a Lenovo external CD drive.

• Yes, the keyboard is backlit. Actually it is red.
