- Answer Photoshop and Lightroom require a dedicated graphics card. This may handle Elements but I wouldn't recommend for consistent PS or LR use.

QuestionI was informed by your chat staff that there is no way to get a second battery so as to be able to interchange batteries should it get low (and that there is no way to get even a replacement battery should it go bad).

QuestionI bought it on August 5 and still can't open it! Please someone tell me how? I don't want to force it and it doesn't tell you how. It only shows you little figures how to take it out of the box, but then it shows you the laptop already opened! Thanx!

- Answer Yes, this laptop will run CAD. I recommend upgrading the RAM to 16gb though. This laptop has a built in 4gb and a 4gb ddr4 ram card, only one ram slot. If you buy a 16gb ram card you will end up with 20gb of ram. You can find 16gb ram cards online for around $60.

- Answer The dimensions of this computer are: 16.46 x 11.52 x 0.98 inches. Any case made for a 17.3" laptop should work. Use the case dimensions compared to the computer dimensions to confirm compatibility.

- Answer This device does have a CD/DVD-RW drive. You will need Media Player software to play commercial CDs and DVDs, which is not included with Windows 10 Home.
