• Yes it can be plugged into a TV. It has an HDMI port.

• The Lenovo IdeaCentre 510A Desktop, model number 90HV001MUS, has an HDMI-Out port to connect a compatible external monitor. You will need some way to enter data, namely a keyboard/mouse.
