• Model number F0D00021US ships with a CD/DVD drive. If you are using a disc with data on it, it is possible the data is not compatible with Windows 10 or you don't have software installed that can read the data on the disc. Try using a blank writable CD or DVD, see if the drive "sees" the disc. If the problem persists, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support for help with your specific issue at: 877-453-6686.
