• Yes, this All-In-One system has Bluetooth 4.0. It has 5G, 802.11AC WiFi capability built in. There is an HDMI-In port son the device can be used as a monitor.

• yes it has all of those. You need a HDMI cable to use it as a monitor. You can find these things in the settings as well.
