• The Lenovo C340-15 Chromebook model number 81T9000VUS, ships with an HDMI-Out port for connecting an external monitor to this Chromebook.

• Further research shows that the usb-c port can support an external monitor with a special cable. The cable to support an HDMI monitor is $50 through Lenovo.

• I just received this computer (Lenovo C340-15) and it does no have a video out for a monitor of any type.
