• The Lenovo Chromebook 3 11 model number 82H40000US uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.

• Yes you can, it includes the Google version od Word, Exce and powerpoint, you can also run the WEB based verion of word, excel and powerpoint but I believe you need to have a microsoft account to use them. If i am correct you can have a free version of these "apps" and also a paid version. I do have the paid version so i am not sure about the free one
