“Can this Lenovo - Desktop AMD A10-Series CPU be operated long term laying on the side that has no vents? The CPU I am replacing had bumper feet on both the normal bottom and on the side with no vents, but this CPU does not.”

• It should be alright to lay this system on its side as long as you do not cover any venting slots.

• you can, but you'll have a difficult time using the multi format DVD drive.
