• The operating system. A laptop uses Windows 10 and a Chromebook uses Google Chrome. Also, a Chromebook is Cloud-Based computing, there are no programs on the device. You must be connected to the internet at all times to use a Chromebook. The plus is that all of the software is free for basic use.
