• Yes , I had to go in to display settings and change it to landscape for about a week until Windows updated the sensors . Now it mite be faster in updating . It works fine now.

• Initially, I was able to change the orientation of the screen and have it rotate, then I couldn't. The Rotation lock on the Action Center needs to be "un-highlighted". In other words, it should be black with white lettering and not blue with white lettering.

• That did happen to us on one of the computers. We just had to turn it completely off and reboot 3 or 4 times, and then it was okay. I took it in, but they didn't find anything wrong with it.
