- Answer Yes, the Lenovo Flex 4 14 will meet your requirements. I suggest adding a SSD to boost performance, but it will do fine right out of the box.

QuestionHas anyone used Visual Studio 2015 on this laptop? I know this meets the VS2015's minimum requirements, but how well does it actually run?

- Answer Yes I have used VS2015 on it and currently have VS2017 installed on it. Just be careful about what is loading at start up as this can cause it be slow starting up. When the warranty runs out I am going to switch to an SSD drive and use the original one in an external case via USB to store data. I currently have another laptop that I do this with and it works great.

However, if you will use it for editing videos, musics and pictures or working with software like Autocad, you might need to buy a better one. In your case find out what kind of software you are using for customer service. If it's basic things I think this laptop will fit your needs.

- Answer Go to Lenovo's web site and download the service manual. It has a parts list with descriptions and the order numbers. I don't know if you have to order it directly or can get it from Best Buy. I believe Best Buy has a service dept- you can try that if you want.

- Answer I also play Facebook games, and have no trouble with the memory. I also keep a lot of files on a flash drive, which works great. I'm really enjoying it - you'll love the battery life (up to 8 hours). I'm currently working on 30% battery, which shows that I have almost 2 1/2 hours more time.
