• Yes. One through the VGA port one through the HDMI port.

• I'm not sure, it may be possible if you can use the HDMI port on the back of the computer. Smart Tvs can use HDMI ports, which might make it possible to use a Smart TV as a second monitor

• Yes you can. But one input is HDMI and the other is VGA.
