Yes it does, it's been working fine for me. Much better that buying a refurbished computer. I use it to run a business software mainly and it doesn't lag event when I use another program simultaneously.

You will need to add something to it for a speedier process. But, I was trying to reduce my out of pocket expense to set up my home office, quickly. For the price, it serves the purpose although it is annoying. Please share your resolution, once you resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you increase the memory from 4gb .. yes. I would go to 16gb ... but 8gb will nicely work too. The more memory you have, the more apps etc you can load.
